How do I relieve the feeling of heavy legs?

To relieve “heavy legs”, stimulate blood flow by directing cold water onto your legs (from feet to hip) at the end of your shower. You can also roll a squash ball under your feet for a few minutes. Blood circulation slows down during sleep, so don’t hesitate to raise the end of your mattress by 10 to 15 cm, using a large cushion for example, to effectively boost your blood circulation.
